UPDATED: 4:56 pm CDT June 30, 2011 - PERCIVAL, Iowa -- Floodwater creeping closer to Interstate 29 forced officials to extend the closure to Bartlett on Thursday. The problem is much worse farther south in Percival, which sits just east of the interstate.
